I am making some progress towards owning my online calendar data. There is a nice web service, h2vx.com, that can convert hCalendar microformats to iCalendar format, so you can subscribe to them in a variety of calendar software. I wanted a simple library I could include in β¦

This past weekend I attended the second IndieWeb Summit in Portland. This was my fifth IndieWebCamp event, which got me thinking about the things that keep me coming back.
In case you were wondering why woodwind.xyz and silo.pub were down for ages, the database had finally filled up the disk. I eventually willed myself out of entropy and wrote a cron job to delete entries older than a year (or more than 2000th in their feed, from e.g. twitter-atom) β¦
